We offer free shipping on orders that total $125.00 or more before taxes and after any discounts. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories at this time. Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide using FedEx. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For some large shipments you will be contacted by our staff to make special arrangements. If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, be sure to note them in the comments box in the shipping section of checkout.

Refund Policy:
If you wish to return items purchased on our website, you have 14 days for a refund (less shipping and handling charges incured by Baby Land), or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and resalable condition. The return also must be accompanied with a return authorization number issued by Baby Land. You can obtain this Return Authorization Number by emailing us. In the event that the customer sends an incomplete return, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All shipping costs are the responsibility of customer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the package to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us.

Non Returnable Items: For health, hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products. These products include, but are not limited to: Potty seats, CD’s, DVD’s, electronics, nursing bras, diaper pails, liners, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, pacifiers, nursing pads, nursing pillows, layette, teethers, thermometers, pacifiers, bath tubs and bathing accessories, lotions and powders, car seats, etc. There are no returns on products marked as closeout, special orders and sale items. If you have doubts about the product, our advice is to check it out in person before committing to purchasing it.
Damaged & Defective Items: Baby Land® makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) to report the problem(s). After the 24 hour period, Baby Land cannot replace damaged items and all remaining issues must be addressed by the manufacturer. Baby Land® is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer before contacting us, as these matters are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that you need further assistance with a defective item, please contact us. If possible, we will replace damaged parts or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Baby Land® reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to replacing a defective item. In the event that a replacement part is not available we will arrange to pick up the defective item and a replacement will be sent out after we receive the defective item, at no additional charge. Replacement orders or replacement parts for defective items are not eligible for express shipping. Defective items are not are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping and Layaway: All reasonable effort will be made on Baby Land®’s behalf to have orders ready by the estimated date. Backorders and shipment delays are out of our control and arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Note: orders with custom made/finished items are Final.
Canceling an Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Return Policy above. Please note, email cancellations will NOT be honored. We will be happy to cancel an order so long as the customer contacts us by phone prior to the item shipping. There will be a 10.00 handling charge for all canceled orders
