Return Policy: The one thing you can be absolutely SURE about at Baby Land® is that you will NEVER purchase an item that has been opened and returned. To maintain our high standards of quality and service, we do not do refunds on used items. Exchange or credit notes can be given within 14 days of purchase, provided that items are in their original, unopened packaging and are in resalable condition. Non Returnable Items: For health, hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products. These products include, but are not limited to: Potty seats, CD’s, DVD’s, electronics, nursing bras, diaper pails, liners, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, pacifiers, nursing pads, nursing pillows, layette, teethers, thermometers, pacifiers, bath tubs and bathing accessories, lotions and powders, car seats, etc. There are no returns on products marked as closeout, special orders and sale items. If you have doubts about the product, our advice is to check it out in person before committing to purchasing it.
Damaged & Defective Items: Baby Land® makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) to report the problem(s). After the 24 hour period, Baby Land cannot replace damaged items and all remaining issues must be addressed by the manufacturer. Baby Land® is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer before contacting us, as these matters are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that you need further assistance with a defective item, please contact us. If possible, we will replace damaged parts or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Baby Land® reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to replacing a defective item. In the event that a replacement part is not available we will arrange to pick up the defective item and a replacement will be sent out after we receive the defective item, at no additional charge. Replacement orders or replacement parts for defective items are not eligible for express shipping. Defective items are not are not eligible for refunds.
Privacy and Security: Your information is safe with us. All your information, including credit card numbers and personal data are treated with the utmost of care. We do not sell or share our customer list with anyone. However, if you wish to place your order by phone, you may contact us at 1-800-761-0301. Baby Land® keeps your personal information private at all times and does not sell, rent or lend any of your personal information to third parties. However if there is a genuine request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we may disclose your personal information.

Shipping and Layaway: All reasonable effort will be made on Baby Land®’s behalf to have orders ready by the estimated date. Backorders and shipment delays are out of our control and arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Note: orders with custom made/finished items are Final.
Fees: Baby Land would like to clarify that we will not be responsible for any financial charges that may be incurred from either your banking institution or delivery provider.
Canceling an Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Return Policy above. Please note, email cancellations will NOT be honored. We will be happy to cancel an order so long as the customer contacts us by phone prior to the item shipping. There will be a 10.00 handling charge for all canceled orders
